You can find Jeff with his turtles and pens every 2nd Saturday at 19th & J Street in Midtown.  Beginning in April, he will also be at the Sacramento Saturday Market which is an outdoor, year round arts & crafts market located in parking lot E at Cal Expo (corners of Ethan and Exposition Blvd.), held on the 1st & 3rd Saturday from April through December.

I moved to the former Fort Ord to obtain a degree in Public Art at California State University, Monterey Bay. I have traveled throughout the United States and have been to Canada, Europe, Mexico and Barbados. My community is important to me and I continue to weave my creative soul within the world around me.
